Sundance Shorts: Part Two
January 22nd, 2010
Hat tip to festg. there’s a cool way for you to rate the films using twitter. Here’s how:
First, use the official Sundance hash tag, #Sundance (You can also do this for Slamdance, happening concurrently, using #Slam10).
Second, identify the film, using a few words of the name (if you have to shorten it to fit the 140 constraint).
Third, using another hash tag, rate the film from 1-5, 5 being the best, e.g. #rate1, #rate2, etc.
Finally, use the @ mention @festg.
So a tweet rating for the short film Runaway might look like this:
#Sundance Runaway #rate5 @festg
If you liked the short, just copy and paste, I did all the typing for you. Otherwise, copy and paste anyway, but change the film name, or rating. It’s a nice template.
So here’s a little bit of what’s showing today in terms of short documentaries:
Charlie and the Rabbit
Pound – Funny videos are here
Mr. Okra
Voice on the Line
Check back here for more Sundance Coverage, and again, if you are at the festival and are looking for more exposure, be sure to contact me ASAP, let’s talk about guest blogging, vlogging, tweeting, etc.
